| This mold is simple to use and yields spectacular results. Fill the Spiral Pattern Fuser with any combination of frits and sheet glass and then fire. The result is a deeply textured panel that can be slumped texture side up or texture side down into different sized plates and platters. Left flat, the panels are contemporary wall art. The design of the bottom surface is deep enough to hold frit mixtures to create completely unique pieces. The integrated dams at the edge of the mold hold in the glass to produce pieces with a finished, crafted appearance.
The Spiral Pattern Fuser produces panels up to 9.75 inches square. The mold itself is 10.75 inches square. Only use MR-97 with this mold. Fill weight 900 to 1,000 grams. |
