| In the 48 contiguous states, most items over 2 lbs. are shipped via UPS. Most items up to 2 lbs. are shipped via postal service. Our standard rate chart is based on a shipment to the 48 contiguous states only and should not be used as a reference point to locations outside the 48 contiguous states or those not served by UPS. |

| UPS shipping costs are substantially higher when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Whenever possible we will provide a lower cost postal service option. For APO/FPO addresses, postal service is the only available option. |

| The rates for postal service over 2 lbs. are higher than the cost of a UPS shipment to the 48 contiguous states so that is why the standard rate chart can not be used. We will send you a shipping rate for your approval for most items over 2 lbs. before proceeding with your order. |

| For APO/FPO shipments, any delivery time estimate that you receive is based on delivery to the stateside APO/FPO box address. We can not estimate final military transport time from box to base, however, we recommend you allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. |

- Upon receipt of your approval to process an order, your credit card will be billed. Because of the various ship methods that we use to fill orders to international destinations, there may be delays between the time your order is billed and shipped
- We can not provide assistance if merchandise is found to be defective. Our usual return policies do not apply; all International sales are final.
- If you prefer to receive a shipping quotation prior to submitting your order on-line, simply e-mail us with the item number and description, URL of the item, and quantity you're interested in purchasing along with your shipping address. You should expect to hear back from us in 1-3 business days.
